Why Kore

We Hire for Values First. The Skills, We Teach.

Most companies hire for a resume. Kore leadership built this team the opposite way: find people with shared values first, then train the craft. People of all backgrounds have joined because of the culture, and that is still how we hire.

Values Before Skills

We build teams by finding people with shared values first. Skills can be taught. Character is who you already are.

Safety Is Non-Negotiable

Every role is accountable to OSHA and company safety standards, from the apprentice setting up fall protection to the superintendent running daily safety audits.

The Right Way, Not the Easy Way

Kore has chosen disciplined work and long-term trust over shortcuts. We hire people who want to operate that same way.

We Promote From Within

Our path runs from laborer to mechanic to foreman to superintendent and beyond. Show up, master the craft, and there is a career here.
