Amenities feature a half‑acre central lawn, outdoor fireplaces, a splash pad, entertainment stage, EV charging, solar panels, and LED lighting. Designed to become the social and commercial epicenter for the rapidly growing Verrado community, this development supports Buckeye’s transformation from agricultural town to West Valley destination.
